I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. However, to ensure a smooth operation for all, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy. By scheduling and/or purchasing a bundle and/or gift certificate,you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy as well.

Cancellation Policy:

-All appointments are to be prepaid for, at the time of scheduling.

-Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

-Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (will receive a 50% refund). The other 50% is non-refundable.

-Appointments may be rescheduled no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment with no cancellation fee.

-Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee due at the time of rescheduling.

- Bundles and gift certificates are final sale. No refunds will be issued for bundles or gift certificates.
